I'm really happy to announce that I've been selected for 24 rising stars showcasing at the UK's first contemporary graphic art fair Pick Me Up hosted by Somerset House.
There will be lots of exciting events through out the show and I'm honored to exhibit my work there alongside some of the best, most innovative and avant-garde graphic artists, collectives and galleries!

このイベントは去年始まった新しい形のアートフェアで、大盛況により今年はもっとパワーアップし、開催中もライブイベント盛り沢山！の予定になっております。

A show with Two Magpies....

Thank you please to one half of Two Magpies Anna who asked me to join their exhibition at Nordic bar called Northern Lights in Brighton.
I will be showing and selling some of my prints there.

Hello!
Let me introduce you to Gakkin.

He is my friend also well known Tatooist who lives in Kyoto.
His work is quite distinctive and also very beautiful.
First one is very classic Japanese style of Tengu.
Second one is very beautiful Tsubaki on Yuki Snow's arm.
Third one is another good friend Hana's octopus.
And beautiful Koi carp and butterflies.....amazing colours....
The last one is my favourite, strawberry monster! :)

He works at Harizanmai, Kyoto.

Also he is coming over for The International London Tattoo Convention
this September.
Very looking forward to see him then.

わてしの友達であり、彫師のがっきんを紹介します。

彼の彫る作品は日本的かつ、ちょいとグロいものから、けっこうかわゆしなものまで
様々ですが、わてしは特に花や鳥や蝶たちをあしらった美しいラインの作品が好きですな。
繊細であります。
わてしは共通の友人でもあるYuki Snowちゃんの腕の椿を彫ってるのを見学したりもしちゃいました。
生で彫っていくのを見るのはかなりおもしろいです。
近い将来、友達の体を借りてわてしの作品をがっきんが彫るてな形のコラボレーションが
実現するといいね〜なんて話してます。

がっきんは、京都の針三昧におります。

I'm finally posting this to let you know that I'm taking part in Brighton & Hove
Artists Open House for the first time this year, alongside a few artists working at
Circus Kinetica's Boiler Room Studio in the basement of the amazing building 'Embassy Court'.

The Steampunk Hidden Planetarium

Hello!

I'm really sorry for not posting anything for long time!

Today, I'm having a stall as a part of this event called the Steampunk Hidden Planetarium
at the Marlborough Little Theatre on Princes Street.

It's an all day event and there will be some market stalls and some shows in the theatre.

It's £5 to get in but it opens at 3pm and goes on until 11:30pm.

This is the first time for me to take part in this event.

So I'm quite excited!

I've just heard shocking news that
fashion designer Alexander McQueen died this morning.

I am deeply upset by this loss.
He was one of the people who has been the biggest influence in my life.

And I will forever think of him dearly.

Strawberry Fields

My friend Genevieve Ryan organised an exhibition called
Strawberry Fields.

It's a collection of work by 25 artists in response to
Strawberry Fields Forever by The Beatles.
And I am one of them.

The exhibition has already started since 6th and it goes on until 21st
at Welcome Home Gallery at Glasgow.
